We had booked Urbania vehicle for 6 days tour to Amritsar, Dalhousie, Dharamshala, Chandigarh and the bus service was amazing.Brand new buses and also the driver didn't crib for any issues.Generally drivers have issues like food allowances,parking issues,not going to some places but those driver was cooperative for all the time.
We booked a 12 seater tempo traveller for our Manali trip from 26th Feb to 2nd March 2023. The vehicle and driver both were very good. First class service. Extremely professional services. Very well maintained vehicle with efficient driver. It was indeed a different feeling travelling in their bus while at Amritsar.
